It is an edible oil extracted from the Bran of the rice using physical refining. The process is completely natural and chemical free. It helps retain oryzanol in the oil up to 13500 units.
India is the largest producer of Rice Bran Oil. Rice Bran oil is rated as the healthiest oil in the world by AHA. It is used for cooking, frying and salad dressing. Rice Bran oil has the best Ratio of saturated fat, mono unsaturated fat and polyunsaturated 1:1.5:1 fat amongst all edible oils. Has the highest smoke point of 250 degrees centigrade which makes it most economical for cooking and frying.
Oryzanol is a natural antioxidant that reduces bad cholesterol in the human cells and stops the oil from going rancid. The oil has no flavor of its own which helps retain the flavor of food.
It has become the most sort after cooking oil all over the world because of the above mentioned properties. In the markets all over the world it is used by the snack Industry (Pepsi co.), restaurants (for cooking, frying and salad dressing) and also a preferred choice for cooking at home because of its health properties.
